Dry sandblasting machines are generally used before spraying and baking; before plastic spraying; before metal spraying; before galvanizing, chromium, and nickel plating; before oxidation treatment; they mainly have the following four uses:
1. Change the physical and mechanical properties of the workpiece to improve or reduce the surface roughness; change the surface tensile stress to compressive stress; improve the lubrication state of the surface; reduce the movement noise of the coupler; increase the friction coefficient of the surface.
2. Polishing of the surface of the workpiece. Polishing of the metal outer decorative surface; obtaining a matt or diffuse reflection surface; polishing of the surface of wood products.
3. Cleaning and preservation of parchment paper and other artworks.
4. Clean the surface of brushes, contactors and wiring techniques to improve conductivity.
