1. Dust removal efficiency of bag filter of sandblasting machine
The dust removal efficiency mainly depends on the type of filter material. If the polyester needle felt filter material is used, the dust removal efficiency can be guaranteed above 99%.
2. Pressure loss of bag filter of sandblasting machine
Pressure loss mainly includes filter bag pressure loss, venturi pressure loss and inlet and outlet pressure loss, mainly the first two pressure losses.
Venturi pressure loss increases in proportion to the square of the passing airflow velocity. Therefore, when the resistance of the dust collector is limited to (120mmH2O), the wind speed in the venturi generally cannot exceed 4m/min.
3. Selection of filter wind speed of bag filter of sandblasting machine
The selection of filter wind speed is related to the injection pressure, pulse time, pulse period, dust nature, gas dust concentration and filter bag length. When the dust concentration is less than 15g/m3, the filter speed should be 1.5m/min, if it exceeds, it should be reduced. Therefore, in the sandblasting industry, when the first-class bag filter is used, the filter speed should be less than 1m/min.
4. Blowing system of bag filter of sandblasting machine
(1) Pulse time: generally not too long, too long will increase the compressed air consumption, generally 0.1 ~ 0.2s.
(2) Blowing pressure: Its size directly affects the cleaning effect. Generally, the blowing pressure is 6-7kg/cm2, but in actual use, this pressure cannot be guaranteed, so it affects its cleaning effect.
(3) Pulse period of bag filter of sandblasting machine: It directly affects the resistance of bag filter, so the pulse period is generally 45-60s.
