The cyclone dust extractor uses centrifugal force to remove dust. The greater the centrifugal force, the better the dust removal effect. In the circular motion (or curve motion), the centrifugal force on the dust is F=ma, where F--centrifugal force, N; m--dust mass, kg; a--dust centrifugal acceleration, m/s2. Because, a=VT2/R, where VT--the tangential velocity of the dust particles, m/s; R--the radius of rotation of the airflow, m, so, F=mVT/R. It can be seen that when the structure of the cyclone is fixed (R is unchanged) and the dust is the same (m is stable), the increase in the airflow speed of the cyclone dust collector population increases the greater the centrifugal force of the cyclone dust extractor.
