First, the workpiece is hung on the hook by the spreader, and the hook runs along the track to bring 2 pieces into the shot blasting room. The spreader drives the workpiece to rotate, and at the same time, the side shot blaster is used to clean the workpiece. The high-speed rotating impeller in the shot blaster evenly blasts the steel shot to the surface of the workpiece to remove the rust layer and oxide scale. The projectile after the projectile is sent to the elevator through the screw conveyor, and after passing through the winnowing separator, the separator separates the dust and fine particles in the projectile. The clean projectiles are respectively sent to three shot blasting machines, and then projected on the surface of the workpiece after being accelerated by the shot blasting machines.
