(4) During the adjustment process of the shot blasting device, attention should be paid to the position of the directional sleeve of the shot blasting device, so as not to affect the cleaning efficiency. After the directional sleeve is adjusted, the load test can be carried out. After 30 minutes, the projectile can be added, which is more correct.

2. Dry running debugging of hook shot blasting machine

(1) The operator should be very familiar with the relevant provisions in the instruction manual and have a good understanding of the equipment.

(2) Before starting the equipment, check all the fasteners to see if there is any looseness, and tighten them in time.

(3) Its assembly should be carried out correctly, whether the motor is normal, and if there is any problem, it should be dealt with in time.

(4) After all the inspections of the hook type shot blasting machine are correct, the dust collector, hoist and shot blasting device can be turned on in order, and the time is about 1 hour.
