2. Changes in operating environment: In order to ensure the reliability of the electric actuator of the shot blasting machine, ensure that it works in a suitable operating environment and avoid a humid environment. Other environmental factors cause short circuits or other failures.
3. Periodic inspection: Periodic inspection, timely detection of operational hazards, at least helps to find fault factors and avoid bypassing.
4. Error accounting management: each processed error shall be recorded in detail, including error phenomenon, error analysis and search process, error reason, processing method and preventive measures.
When we use the road shot blasting machine for construction work, how should the operator operate the road shot blasting machine and make us more stable during the construction process? Our operators should be aware of this:
1.When operating the road shot blasting machine, it is strictly forbidden for the operator to wear protective equipment or less tanks. During construction, particles hit the clean surface, which can easily cause particle ejection. If you don't wear protective equipment, it can easily hurt our operators.
2. To add or recycle particles, turn on the dust collector fan first.
3. Periodically start the back-blowing dust pulse to remove dust. After the mechanical operation is stopped, the dust blowing time should be extended by about 30 seconds.
4. The switch should be started slowly. It is forbidden to open multiple control switches at the same time in a short period of time, which may cause excessive current and burn the meter.
5. The wear parts of the shot blasting machine should be checked and cleaned frequently, and the blasting machine should be cleaned and overhauled regularly.
6. When using the road shot blasting machine, it is strictly prohibited to stand in front of the road shot blasting machine, and it is forbidden to touch it before turning off the power.
7. When using the road shot blasting machine, pay attention to the potholes on the road.
