Quenching: Perform secondary quenching treatment to refine the grains, make the internal metallographic structure of the product more compact, and enhance the impact toughness;
Tempering: further refine the internal structure and meet different hardness requirements, precise high temperature and time control, make the organization state and hardness uniformity reach the best;
Crushing: The unique crushing process makes the steel grit particles have better fullness and angularity, and minimizes the internal cracks of the steel grit particles;
Fine sieve: Precise particle size control makes the product meet the US SAE-J444 standard.
