Advantages of pocket bag filters:

.The range of processing air volume is wide, the small is only a few m³ for 1 min, and the large one can reach tens of thousands of m³. It can be used for dust removal of industrial furnaces and kilns to reduce the emission of air pollutants.

When using high-temperature filter materials such as glass fiber, PTFE, P84, etc., it can operate under high temperature conditions above 200°C.

Classification of pocket bag filters:

According to the standard of "Bag Dust Collector Classification and Specification and Performance Representation", bag Dust Collectors are divided into five categories. The dust removal method is the main symbol of the classification of bag filter:

.Mechanical vibration

The bag filter that uses mechanical devices (including manual, electromagnetic or pneumatic devices) to vibrate the filter bag and clean the dust. There are two types of bag filter structures: non-divided structure suitable for intermittent work and sub-chamber structure suitable for continuous work.

.Sub-room blowback

It adopts a sub-chamber structure and uses a valve to switch the airflow from room to room. Under the action of the reverse airflow, the bag filter is forced to shrink or swell to clean the dust.

.Nozzle blowback

A high-pressure fan or compressor provides a back-blowing airflow, which is blown back through a moving nozzle to deform and shake the filter bag and penetrate the filter material to clean the dust.

.Vibration and blowback combined use

Bag dust collectors (both of which are divided into compartments) are combined with mechanical vibration (including electromagnetic vibration or pneumatic vibration) and reverse blowing.

.Pulse blowing

Compressed air is used as the driving force for dust removal, and the compressed air is released in an instant using the pulse blowing mechanism, which induces several times the secondary air to be injected into the filter bag at a high speed, so that the filter bag swells sharply, and the dust is removed by impact vibration and reverse airflow pocket bag filters.
