Analysis Of Failures In The Early Stage Of Shot Blasting Machine

Apr 30, 2020

Each machine is in a running-in period when it is first used. The causes of machine failures during this period are very complicated. For example, a shot blasting machine is a machine that often fails during the running-in period. There are many reasons for this kind of failure, and even basic selection problems may cause the machine to malfunction during the work. What's more, there are design and manufacturing issues, installation issues, and environmental issues. And what are the reasons for the failure of machines such as shot blasting machines during the running-in period? The first is that the design did not pay attention to the firm connection between the connecting rod and the actuator, and the phenomenon of shedding occurred. If such a fault occurs, the machine will stop running and there is no way to work. But this can be said to be a small fault, and it can continue to be used only by reconnecting it. It is not caused by mechanical failure.

Also, when installing, use the same threading tube for the signal line and the power line, which will cause excessive interference of the signal line. It must be noted that the signal cable must be used alone during the installation process. After all, the skin of this signal cable is relatively weak, and it often affects normal work because of some external factors. Even if there are large motor equipment nearby, it will affect this kind of machine, so be sure to check whether the equipment is shielded before using it.
Finally, the insurance selection of the position locator is too large, causing damage to the internal coil. This situation requires frequent observation, if it is found, it must be dealt with in a timely manner to avoid unnecessary losses. Don't wait until the machine breaks down before you think of the reason.
