1. 3. Installation of separator. When the separator is working normally, there should be no gaps in the projectile flow curtain. The bulk materials after the pellets have been screened should be removed regularly;

The main working principle of the crawler is that a seamless endless rubber belt is worn by three axle rollers, and 2 end plates are pressed to form a turning work chamber, and the product is placed on it, and the product is cleaned by the action of the front and back crawlers. . As a frequently used part, it is very comparative to replace it in time if it is damaged. The following briefly introduces the approximate replacement method:
1.Look at the degree of damage to the crawler first. Generally, the damage of the crawler can be torn and broken. If it is in these two cases, you can use a splint knife to cut the crawler from the inside to the left and right, start the machine, the crawler rotates forward, and the crawler Pull out.
2. Disassemble the circular plate and faceplate in the chamber, and usually fix the screws in the cover plates of the left and right wall panels of the chamber. Open the cover and you can see.
3. Disassemble the three drive rollers and pull them out from one end. (Some models have rollers, such as models above Q3210). You need to take out the rollers together. Before removing the rollers, you need to remove the lower left and right corners of the equipment. Tighten the screw rod and place it at a higher position.
4. Put the crawler into the cleaning room. For larger crawler, you can open the eye on the top of the chamber and install it with a wire penetrating the suspension. You can also fix a chain hoist at the position of the shot blaster impeller to pull the crawler.
5. After the track is placed in a fixed position, insert the pulled out drive roller, and slowly adjust the deviation of the track after the screw rod is tightened. After it is determined, the gate at the upper end of the screw rod is fixed.
6. After the new track is replaced, the bearings of the active and passive drive rollers must be lubricated to increase their service life.
