One. Reasons for blade damage of shot blasting machine:

Most of the projectiles thrown by the blade are constantly impacted, so the blade is the most vulnerable part of the shot blaster. Blade wear or cracking will cause the impeller to vibrate during high-speed rotation. The inspection found that the blade has deep grooves or more than half of the wear should be replaced in time. In addition, the casting defects of the blade will inevitably accelerate the wear of the blade, because the blade with the casting defect will cause the projectile to bounce during the movement process, and the bouncing projectile in turn will cause the blade to scour and increase the blade wear.

2. Measures taken:

In order to ensure the stability of the operation of the shot blasting machine, the blade replacement of the shot blasting machine must be carried out in pairs, that is, the blades opposite to the undesirable blades must be replaced at the same time to obtain a good dynamic balance. If the blade problem causes the blasting head to work abnormally, replace all the blades of the shot blasting machine. The blades with casting defects should never be used. Note that when installing the blades, the weight difference of 1 set of 8 blades should not exceed 5 grams.
