Improvement measures: Add a pressure-reducing damping rubber pad between the two connected frame plates of the shot blasting device and the shot blasting chamber to absorb vibration energy.

(2) When the projectile impacting the shot blaster lining plate of the shot blasting machine is accelerated along the radial direction of the blade and leaves the outer edge of the blade, due to the difference in initial velocity and the scattering angle, a small part of the projectile will interact with the side lining and The liner and end liner produce impact and friction to make noise, and the shot blasting machine projectile impact and friction on the top liner and side liner are much stronger than the end liner. When the opening position of the orientation sleeve is not adjusted properly, this This phenomenon is particularly prominent.

Improvement measures: a. Adjust the opening angle of the directional sleeve of the shot blasting machine to minimize the impact of the projectile on the liner. The difference between the initial velocity of the projectile entering the bottom of the blade and the existence of the scattering angle are inevitable, and the position of the opening angle of the directional sleeve can be adjusted. Improve the production efficiency and shot blasting effect, and reduce the impact and friction on the shot lining plate; b. The lining of the shot blasting room should be made of wear-resistant materials. If a layer of wear-resistant rubber is laid on the inside of the metal plate, it not only plays the role of shock absorption and damping, but also forms a sound-absorbing combination barrier as a whole, reducing noise Better.

(3) The noise generated when the projectile cleans the working surface. When blasting the surface to be cleaned, the high-speed projectile flow from the blasting machine continuously hits the surface to be cleaned, and the projectiles of the blasting machine after the first impact continue to make random and random collisions in the chamber, so they are throwing The continuous impact noise can often be heard not far from the pill chamber. When the surface to be cleaned is steel, the noise generated is particularly noticeable. And when the workpiece to be cleaned is thin and light, it will vibrate and emit self-noise after being impacted.

Improvement measures: a. Improve the structural strength and rigidity of the shell of the shot blasting chamber; b. When cleaning the steel plate, lay a rubber pad on the bottom of the steel plate.
