Blast furnace bag filter is a new type of high-efficiency bag dust collector which is improved on the basis of summarizing the domestic non-standard bag dust collectors of blast furnace gas purification. It can also be used in other positive pressure operation of flammable and explosive gas dust removal purification system.

Blast furnace bag filter is a welded integral type, that is, the box body, the inlet and outlet air pipes, the ash hopper, and the discharge pipe are integrated. The integral airtightness is good, no leakage, safe and reliable, thus protecting the atmospheric environment and the personal safety of the staff. The equipment is strictly tested for pressure and airtightness before leaving the factory, and is equipped with anti-riot valves and release pipes.

The gas after the preliminary separation (coarse) of the blast furnace bag filter enters the box through the lower inlet of the dust collector box. The larger dust particles will naturally fall into the ash hopper by their own weight, and the smaller particles will be dispersed in the filter. The space between the filter bags in the room is blocked on the surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas after filtering is sent to the user by the pipe network. As the filter works, the dust filter attaches to the surface of the bag and the resistance of the filter bag gradually increases. When the resistance of the filter bag reaches the upper limit, the system can automatically open the net gas blowback valve to send the net gas into the static The filter box is used to blow the filter bag back, so that the filter bag changes from the deflated state to the expanded state. . When the resistance value of the filter bag reaches the lower limit, the control system automatically closes the clean gas reverse blow valve to stop the reverse blow dust cleaning, and the dust collector is put into purification filtration operation again.
