During the shot blasting operation, the shot blasted steel shot falls to the bottom of the shot blasting chamber, and is conveyed to the bottom of the elevator by the screw pusher, and then the steel shot is lifted to the sorter at the top by the elevator belt assembly. The sorter is powered by the dust collector to screen the recovered steel shots. The purpose is to separate the broken steel shot and dust in the shot blasting process. Through the sorter, the qualified steel shot will directly enter the storage bin above the shot blasting device, ready to be reused. The broken steel shots will be separated and fall into the waste barrel through the bypass sand pipe. The dust is directly sucked away by the dust removal system, adsorbed on the filter cartridge in the dust removal chamber, and the dust is shaken by the pulse blowback system of the dust collector, and falls into the dust collection dust box.
