For the sandblasting room, there are several ways to calculate the air volume, the common ones are the number of air changes and the calculation of the cross-sectional area.
(1) The number of air changes, that is to say the volume of the entire blasting room, we estimate according to the concentration of its dust, or calculate the number of times it needs to be changed per minute through our formula, so that we You can get the number of air changes and adjust the entire air volume.
If we normally look like yellow sand, its air change frequency is about 150 to 200 times per hour, while the air change frequency of steel shot is about 120 to 150 times. Brown corundum generally takes about 150 times. It is through the number of air changes.
(2) Through the calculation of the cross-sectional area, it can ensure the absorption of dust in the sandblasting room to calculate its air volume. We pass the cross-sectional area, because we all need to know that the dust in the blasting room does not require excessive negative pressure. The most important thing is to prevent the dust from spilling out of the door. It only needs to generate a certain negative pressure inside. The dust can be allowed to settle naturally in the sandblasting room or at the suction outlet, and it can be discharged to the outside into the dust collector for filtering.
We usually calculate the cross-sectional area as the length * height and length * height as the cross-sectional area. We can then pass our ordinary calculation formula, but we should pay attention to the selection of its filtering wind speed. We can take the lowest 0.2 or 0.3. In this case, Ensure that its air volume is within a reasonable range.
