The electrical control system in the blasting room can realize centralized control of the cleaning room of the blasting room.
This system takes the programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core, adopts high-quality electrical components, has many advantages such as reliable work, high degree of automation, and complete protection functions.
The main power supply of this system adopts 3-phase 380v AC power supply, and the control loop adopts single-phase 220v AC power supply. The 380v voltage is reduced to 220v by the control transformer and used for the control loop; in order to reduce interference, the working power of PLC is powered by a separate transformer.
This system has a relatively complete fault alarm function, which helps the operator or maintenance personnel to quickly find the fault point, reduce downtime and improve work efficiency.
The electrical components of this system are centrally installed in the electrical cabinet and console, and the man-machine interface touch screen is used for easy operation and maintenance.
