Points for attention in the selection of sandblasting room

       1. When the customer selects the sandblasting room, the customer combines its own actual situation and the guidance of our company's technical personnel, through comprehensive analysis and comparison, selects the abrasive recycling method, so as to determine the type of sandblasting room to be built.

       2. The structure of the sandblasting room built indoors is different from that of the outdoor structure. Those built indoors are generally made of flat-top structures, and there is no need to consider rainproof and surrounding waterproof and drainage issues; those built outdoors should be made into slope-top structures, which need to be considered. Waterproof and drainage problems around the ground. Therefore, when consulting the sandblasting room project, the customer should specify whether it is built indoors or outdoors.

　　3. The height of the sandblasting room built indoors should be considered. Generally, there are crane hoisting equipment inside the workshop. The height of the sandblasting room and related equipment should not hinder the normal operation of the crane. If necessary, dig a pit on the ground to lower the height of the equipment.

　　4. The power of the sandblasting equipment is compressed air, and the requirement is compressed air that has been degreasing, dehumidifying, cooling and drying. Therefore, the supporting power facilities must consider air compressors, refrigeration dryers, air storage tanks, and air delivery pipelines.

　　 5. Sandblasting rooms generally need to build foundations. At this time, attention must be paid to the moisture-proof and waterproof of the foundation, especially in areas with a lot of rain and shallow groundwater. Many customers do not pay attention to this point, and do not strictly follow the waterproof requirements of our company's design drawings, resulting in water seepage in the foundation after the sandblasting room is built, and the equipment cannot be used normally.
