       Filtration principle: The dust-containing gas enters through the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, part of the large dust particles in the gas are separated by inertial force and gravity and fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag and the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag. After the purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth, it passes through the air outlet discharge.

The principle of dust removal: With the extension of the filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to thicken, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the dust removal device starts to remove the dust. First, a sub-chamber lift valve is closed to cut off the filtered air flow, and then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened. The compressed air rapidly expands in the upper box in a very short time, and rushes into the filter bag, causing the filter bag to expand and deform and generate vibration. Under the action of scouring, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is peeled off and falls into the ash hopper. After the dust removal is completed, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The cleaning chambers are carried out in sequence, from the first chamber cleaning to the next cleaning cycle.

   Dust collection: After filtering and cleaning the dust, the trapped dust falls into the ash bucket, and then is discharged by the ash unloading device at the mouth of the ash bucket.

The dust collector is mainly composed of upper box body, middle box body, ash hopper, air inlet equalizing pipe, bracket filter bag, blowing device, ash unloading device, etc. The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper of each compartment from the air inlet of the dust collector, and under the diversion of the ash hopper diversion device, the large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, while the finer dust enters evenly The middle box body is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the upper box body through the filter bag, and is discharged into the atmosphere through each offline valve and exhaust pipe. As the filtering conditions progress, the dust on the filter bag accumulates more and more. When the equipment resistance reaches the limited resistance value (generally set to 1500Pa), the cleaning control device will set the value or cleaning time according to the differential pressure. After the set value automatically closes the off-line valve of the first room, open the electronically controlled pulse valve according to the set program to stop the air blowing, use the compressed air to blow instantly to increase the pressure in the filter bag, and shake off the dust on the filter bag (Even fine dust can be cleaned more thoroughly) into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
