After the shot blasting by the shot blasting machine, the workpiece can reduce the tensile stress and at the same time refine the surface grains, thereby strengthening the surface of the workpiece and increasing its service life.

(1) Control of shot blaster current (pellet flow). The larger the flow rate of the pellets, the faster the cleaning speed. Because the pellet flow cannot be displayed, it is displayed by the current of the shot blaster motor. The larger the pellet flow, the greater the current. The process management controls the current. Current is one of the important parameters of shot blasting. It is regulated by the number of pellets and the control valve of the pipeline. From the point of view of equipment use, the current should not be too high, it is appropriate to reach 80% -90% of the rated current, that is, the reading should be controlled at 23.8-31.5A (18.5kW motor). First adjust the control valve of the pill delivery pipeline to make the current of the eight shot blasters basically the same, all controlled at about 30A, and mark the control valve. Adjustment is not allowed without the consent of the process personnel.

(2) Control of shot blasting time. The longer the shot blasting time, the greater the roughness of the workpiece surface. If the treatment time is too short, it will result in impure treatment and affect the coating quality. The treatment time is too long, one is to cause energy waste and pellet consumption to increase, increasing costs; the second is to cause the roughness of the workpiece surface to become larger, resulting in increased coating consumption and reduced performance. Therefore, reasonable processing time must be controlled. Because the thickness of the steel plate is different, the thickness of the scale is also different, and the shot blasting time used is different. The processing time of workpieces with thin scale is short, and the processing time of workpieces with thick scale and severe corrosion is increased accordingly. According to the production test, the shot blasting time should be controlled within 60-180s.

(3) Daily management. The main reason is to adjust the reasonable match between the current and time of the shot blast (the speed of the inverter is adjusted). Current: It is controlled by the amount of pills daily. When the current is low, the supplement of pellets can be rapidly increased, but when the current is high, it needs to slowly decrease with the consumption of pellets. . Time / chain speed: The shot blasting time of the intermittent shot blasting line can be adjusted at any time by a timer; The daily control current of the beam blasting line is 15-25A, and the time of the workpiece changes to adjust the workpiece.
