How To Maintain Equipment

     After the equipment is installed and debugged and put into production, it must be maintained in strict accordance with its necessary maintenance procedures.

     1. All oil filling points of the equipment must be filled with oil, lubricating oil or grease regularly according to their requirements.

     2. The seals (vulnerable parts) must be checked daily and replaced immediately if damaged.

     3. Check the chamber body guard every day, and replace it immediately if it is damaged.

     4. Check the guard plate, blade, impeller, directional sleeve, and blast wheel of the shot blasting device twice every shift, and replace it immediately if damaged.

     5. The electrical system should be checked twice.

     6. All transmission parts are inspected twice a week.

     7. The operator should check the cleaning effect at any time. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately and check the equipment as a whole.
