1. Whether the bucket elevator is operating normally and whether it is running off the track. Generally speaking, a slight deviation of the lifting belt is allowed and does not affect the use result. The general problem is that the worker has a large size error when making the whole machine. It can be observed whether this phenomenon meets the standard by opening the observation door of the hoist or opening the cover of the top hoist.

2. Whether the door of the cleaning room is flexible, I believe you should know how to check it.

3. Whether the switch of the power distribution cabinet can drive the equipment to turn on and off sensitively.

4. Whether the screw conveyor can operate normally, open the grid of the cleaning room to see whether the spiral is bent, whether the spiral piece is welded firmly, and whether there is noise when the spiral rotates.

5. Whether the shot blasting machine has abnormal sound. On the other hand, check whether the shot blaster screws are loose.

6. Look around the equipment for any leaks.

7. What is the dust removal effect of the dust collector? For new equipment, especially this general product, there is generally no quality problem of dust removal, but some small manufacturers will also allocate small fans in order to reduce production costs. This will cause poor dust removal. Some dusty castings are also the key to dust removal. It is best to manually clean the sand before shot blasting.

8. Whether there is steel shot at the outlet of the lower bucket body of the dust collector. This situation is generally caused by excessive air volume. If the dust removal is affected after adjusting the opening and closing of the damper, this is a problem of equipment quality. Generally speaking, under the premise of ensuring the dust removal effect, steel shots from the dust collector are not allowed.

9. The cleaning effect is not ideal. This is largely related to time. New equipment rarely has insufficient supply of shots, but this phenomenon also exists. The most intuitive way is to look at the ammeter of the shot blasting device. It must not be overloaded. This will greatly extend the life cycle of the device. Nowadays, many manufacturers do not carry solenoid control valves, which is very unscientific. Only the solenoid valve controls the flow of steel shot. The flow rate of the steel shot is sufficient to achieve the necessary conditions for the cleaning effect.
