The thrown projectiles fall into the screw pushing mechanism at the bottom of the shot blasting chamber, and the pellets are sent to the bottom of the elevator by the spiral pushing mechanism, and the elevator transports the pellets to the upper spiral screen separator and screen separator. After the small materials are separated, they enter the sorter for secondary separation, and the large material impurities are transported out of the silo. After separation by the sorter, the qualified shots are stored in the silo and used again. The separated sand fines are under the action of the dust removal fan, and the broken steel shots pass through the wind separator and lighter weight from the waste pipeline. Discharge and drop into the waste bin. The dust is directly sucked away by the dust removal system and adsorbed on the filter cartridge in the dust removal chamber. The dust is shaken by the pulse blowback system of the dust remover and falls into the dust collection box, which needs to be cleaned in time.
