What are the working environment requirements of the blast room dust removal system

Feb 05, 2021

Generally, dust removal systems are installed in rooms to ensure a clean indoor environment. Most of the dust removal systems are installed in some production workshops, because the products produced in this way will be cleaner. Now many sandblasting rooms also install dust removal systems, but sandblasting There are some environmental requirements for the installation of dust removal systems in the room, and I will explain them in detail below.

For modern automatic paint spraying machine coating lines, they can generally meet the requirements of constant temperature, constant humidity and clean air; but for relatively simple coating production lines, it is difficult to ensure constant temperature, constant humidity and clean air.

However, if the environmental requirements of the dust removal system of the sandblasting room are not met, certain errors will occur in the spraying effect, which will make the painted workpieces not reach the satisfactory coating effect, and it is easy to cause the paint film to produce pin (shrink) holes, orange peel, and particles. Wait for the ills of the paint film.

In order to avoid pinholes and peeling of the paint film, the temperature and humidity in the spraying room should be improved first, so that the temperature and humidity in the spraying room meet the process requirements; secondly, the viscosity of the construction coating and the composition of the thinner should be adjusted according to different temperatures and humidity. ; Generally in the construction of sandblasting and dust removal equipment, the temperature of the spraying room must be controlled below 35 ℃, and the humidity must be controlled below 80%.
