Gradually reduce the amount of sand during blasting with sandblasting guns; analysis of the reasons: ①There is foreign matter at the sand outlet; ②There is a lot of water in the sandblasting gun, and the tidal sand in the gun blocks the gun head; troubleshooting method: ① Seal the gun head, Open the origin, blow back the barrel and the sand suction tube; ② Disassemble the gun head to clean out the wet sand;
3. The air pressure is normally turned on, but the sandblasting gun does not vent gas and no sand is produced. Reason analysis: foreign matter in the gun tip is jammed; elimination method: lower the gun tip and pour out the foreign body;
4. The amount of sand during sandblasting is one meal and one meal. Reason analysis: the amount of sand is too large; troubleshooting method: adjust the sand valve;
5. The internal dust is too large during sandblasting. Reason analysis: the dust collector is too small; troubleshooting method: increase the exhaust air volume of the dust collector;
